Every day, Buzz, my pug, reminds me of the joy in simply being.

My own journey has shaped how I show up—for myself and for others. I practice mindful and restorative techniques like Ho’oponopono, breath-work, cold immersion, and daily affirmations to cultivate balance and presence. Simple things that bring me joy include walking, being in nature, reading, and journaling.

I’m a mom to two kind and thoughtful boys and a proud paw mom. I share a loving, supportive relationship with my life partner and am deeply grateful for my parents and ancestors, whose strength and wisdom continue to guide and inspire me every day. They remind me of the power found in connection and everyday love.

My Qualifications

With advanced degrees in Professional Counseling, Family Sciences, and Sociology, I bring a well-rounded perspective to therapeutic care. I am a Master-Level Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT) Therapist, EMDR-trained by Compassion Works, and Neurofeedback Level 1 certified by the Center of Brain, Jupiter, Florida. My training includes Ross Rosenberg’s SLDD framework on codependency and narcissism, trauma workshops with Bessel van der Kolk, and MRT Trauma certification, reflecting my dedication to trauma-informed healing and personal transformation.
